Frequently asked questions
Can I choose my own address?
Yes. Click the address and type a name, or paste a full address. It switches automatically as soon as you stop typing. If nobody else is using it, it's yours.
How long does an address last?
Each address and all its emails are deleted 24 hours after you create it. Click Extend any time to restart the timer.
Can other people read my inbox?
No. Only the browser that created an address holds its key. If you clear your browser data you lose access, so don't use temporary addresses for anything you need to recover later.
Does it find verification codes?
Yes. When an email contains a one-time code (OTP), it is shown next to the message so you can copy it with one click, in English, Arabic, Bengali, Hindi and many other languages.
Can I send email?
No. Temp Mail is receive-only.
Is there a size limit?
Each email can be up to 10 MB and each inbox keeps the latest 50 emails.
